BAISAKHI ISSUE VOLUME I NUMBER 3 APRIL - JUNE 2001 |
FROM THE EDITOR
The
month of April brings joy all around the country when New Year is observed according to
traditional calendar as Baisaki, Tamil New Year's Day, Bahag Bihu and Vishu. We wish all
our Readers and their families good health, wealth and happiness.
Our
Inaugural and Republic Day issues were well received and there was overall appreciation
for our efforts in publishing this journal. We are thankful for the encouragement and kind
words.
We
request the readers to share their experience with others through articles, case studies
etc. Only through such extensive exchanges and interaction expertise on vigilance work can
be built up.
As
readers are aware, the Publisher Association is a non-profit public service society with
meager financial resources. We seek the support of our readers to nurture the growth of
this journal through subscriptions and advertisements.
This
is your journal and we are only assisting you by publishing it.
